Casanova is without a doubt, one of the most compassionate , knowledgeable doctors i have ever had the pleasure of seeing in 50 + years, He lets you ask questions, he is not out to give you an expensive treatment because he relays truth from his knowledge & research .-He sincerely understands each situation and is an absolute GODSEND to me.-HE TELLS the way it is, not the way he can cost your insurance the most.His compassion and intellect is a model for any medical practitioners.EXCELLENT
Although I know that the length of time with Dr. Casanova is billed by time spent, he is still a wonderful physician. I so wish all physicians would take courses from him. SO caring he is. He will ask how you have been since your last visit, and go from there. He will never give you a false answer just to make you feel better. HE'S JUST THE BEST. He has so many patients, due to his personality, kindness, honesty, discussion, & being very intellectual, appointments are difficult.
