Came here for initial root extraction and bone placement a year ago and DO REGRET it! A very frustrating experience with this oral surgeon. First, the tardiness of entire staff, including doctor: 2 visits and both were 20 + min wait. Second, the rushed nature of the procedure which resulted in poor quality of the job done, as well discomfort I experienced for a week afterward. Dr Lazaro was my second opinion for a dental implant. He was professional and explained the process, that made me feel confident and comfortable with this procedure. He gave a level of calmness during the first procedure of extraction and bone graft. His office staff were attentive and friendly. I have already informed my dentist that they should refer to his practice. Hands down the best and I have to return for the next procedure of the implant. I’m not nervous at all.
I would like to thank Dr. Lazaro for doing such a wonderful job on my dental surgery. My procedure took less time and sedation than anticipated, and I was impressed to see that a refund was credited to my Amex the same day, without me even asking.
