I have been with Dr Rivera for almost 20 yrs and birthed 3 children . I was super disappointed with the nurse and the person with her . The nurse did not even introduce who the second person was . They were laughing at my answers and rolling eyes . She even called in the wrong medicine to cvs . When I explained that to her she said “ ok “ did not even apologize. In 20 yrs my worst experience in his office very unprofessional.

Excellent. From the first visit to the surgery to remove a rectal abscess. Personnel was friendly and efficient, doctor explained and was empathetic, Mount Sinai hospital was awesome
