I’ve been a patient of Doctor Villaluz’s for 2 years and from day one he has always been very supportive. He’s worked with me to change my course of treatment no matter how many times I said I liked or disliked something. He’s always accessible, even if he is away he lets you know that he is and will resolve your issue as soon as her returns and he never forgets! It’s easy to schedule and reschedule if necessary. I had an appointment with “doctor” Villaluz a couple of weeks ago. First off he was very unprofessional with the appointment schedule. He changed the date for a first time, to which I complied to (a day wasted for me), only warning me a couple of hours before! On our new appointment day, I had to wait for a very long time before I was taken in to his office.
