Dr. Pierrend is fantastic! I recommend him, but unfortunately, his staff is awful, especially Laura. She acts as if you are bothering her when you are there for a visit or when you need to call about something. It really is unfortunate because I would like to recommend the Dr, but sometimes I can't get past the fact that I'm treated as unimportant by the staff.
I feel Dr. Pierrend addressed all of my concerns regarding my health.
Dr. Pierrend always takes time to be sure my concerns are covered.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Pierrend for approximately 8 years. He is excellent, very knowledgeable, very good at listening to you concerns not only as an individual but as a family as well. He also took great care of my parents when they moved here. My dad was impressed with Dr. Pierrend, said he was better than the doctors at the VA.
