I was here as an emergency. I have heart problems and they were NOT able to assist me right away. The reason for this horrible rating is exactly because of the office! They did not REVIEW the cost prior to my appointment even calling insurance and demanding the payment and NOT GIVING me my prescription so that I can be rational and not in pain to come back! I asked for antibiotics, prescription ibuprofen and a steroid pack and got NOTHING. This is NOT code of conduct for any doctor! These people are terrible!!!!! STAY FAR AW... read more
I wasn't happy with the staff at all they ignored my request to call me after 9am. I reminded them the 1st time & they called me @ 8am, then the 2nd time they called me @ 8:05 . They scheduled me for 8:30 surgery which I asked for later time but the Dr was booked they called me back following day & changed time to 12 noon. They requested a form completed by my pain Dr even though I informed them I had pain meds to take following surgery. I would NEVER refer anyone to them.
I am a new patient, Dr seemed very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Staff were very accommodating .
