The service at this location sure has gone downhill. The staff at the front are not helpful. I was given an appointment for my kids this afternoon. I arrived (on time) only to be told the doctor would not see my kids until I registered on their online portal and completed the surveys required as this always their new protocol. 7 surveys total!!!! I asked if I can start and complete them while waiting in the room for the doctor to see hem as I was short on time. They said NO EXEPTIONS. Mind you, none of this was explained ove... read more
