Horrible experience with the office staff. My Insurance company said they are the most uncooperative office they have ever worked with in 20 years. I liked Dr. Alvarez, but he needs to get rid of his ignorant, curt, nasty office manager. I had insurance, but was forced to pay upfront for my crown and promised to be reimbursed when the insurance came through, but it took four months to get my money back. The office manager was uncooperative and refused to work with me and with my insurance company!! Don’t go there!!!
After 35 years of practicing dentistry, retiring and moving to Bonita Springs, I was so happy to find Dr. José Álvarez to care for my dental needs. As someone who knows how to run a dental office and trying to always increase the quality of the care I provided for my patients, it's easy to see Dr. Alverez has the same commitment to excellence.
