He not only is a A++++ intelligent DR. that cares like no doctor I ever met, but his knowledge and his drive to do the very best for you is remarkable. He truely cares. Now as a person he is a wonderful hearted and beautiful souled man that if you know him, or spend 5 minutes with you will feel that he is a Godly one of a kind man that you just feel a warmth and special feeling inside when he shakes your hand and gives you that warm smile of his, and you walk away feeling cared for. Yes been with Dr. Polanco since I moved to FL 2005 been in the hospital numerous times and he always came in the morning to check on me. I will hate to change DR if and when I move.
I've seen Dr. Polanco for a number of years now, and wouldn't change for anything. I am grateful I found him when looking for a new doctor after moving up from Northport. He's not only good, but it's always a pleasant office visit!
Best doctor Ever. But I hate the fact the receptionist closes the window all the time, that I find very disrespectful and so y unprofessional. Those individuals sitting in the waiting area pay everyone’s salaries inside that office. And by closing those windows when the place is full is just not right in my opinion and I have asked a few ppl and they feel the same. Maybe it will hanger may not.

Dr. Polanco is absolutely, hands down the very best doctor in town. Without his excellent care my husband would no longer be living. Thank you!! His staff is also wonderful.
