The front office is disfuctional, I need another doctor. Bad management! Doctor and surgical staff are great.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. JOSE SARRIA TO ANYONE WITH BACK PAIN AND KNEE PAIN LIKE I HAVE AND MANY OTHER PROBLEMS WITH ARTHRITIS AND OSTEOPENIA !! HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR AND VERY COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING AND VERY KIND AND SWEET!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Terrible results and overpayment for a simple phone call. I had been seen for Sacatia issues and nothing they did worked and the last phone call I had with a nurse I get charged a co-pay.. I was leaving to get seen by a back doctor. I feel ripped off as well as I was treated dishonestly because I would not have talked to nurse if I knew I was going to get charged my $31 co -pay to tell them I was going somewhere else.. The Initial charge for Tri-care was $486 of which tri-care only paid $21.66.
I have such a long, complicated medical history with a lot of gaps in documentation for him to work with, but he's trying hard to find a solution. Having a rare genetic condition that makes me resistant or intolerant/allergic to pain meds makes his job almost impossible, but he's trying every option starting with the safest, least invasive. He takes as long as every appointment needs, so I don't mind if I have to wait. I know he'll take the same time with me at my turn.
Dr Sarria takes his time and listens to his patients.

A wonderful caring team they all go the extra mile. Everything is explained from start to finish. I have only been kept waiting once this was due to an emergency, and staff kept me informed and updated with options. I have and will recommend this whole practice.
You will not find another doctor as compassionate and knowledgeable as Dr. Sarria. His expertise and experience is beyond what many doctors in this area possess. I highly recommend him and would not go to any other dr. for treatment related to pain issues.
