I have never experienced such shockingly poor customer service from any business, let alone a medical practice. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this orthodontist’s office at all costs. The follow-up process? Practically nonexistent. Good luck getting a timely response—if you even get one at all. More often than not, you'll be met with endless voicemail greetings instead of an actual human. From entering Dr Castillos office you feel a friendly welcoming environment. His staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Once in his chair you feel his undivided attention. He takes his time to adress your concerns and performs an in dept exam . He Goes over everything with you in detail and tells you his game plan leaving no room for guesses.
