Dr. Vitto relieved my pain on entire right side. We are tackling the left side very soon. Tried injections prior to surgery with dr. Sasso surgery was needed to relieve the impingement of my nerves which caused my legs to give out and extremely painful. The surgery did improve some symptoms shots from dr. Dr. Vitto explained what he thought my problem was and together we decided on a new plan of action. I am grateful for his thoughtful review of my past treatments and his new evaluation which gives me hope of finding a solution to my pain. He was very nice and reassuring but made sure that I knew what to expect.
I have been seeing Dr Vitto for 2 years. He is always caring and listens to my issues. He tries his best to help with all your needs. The billing department has some issues, but all the Doctors I have met here are all very nice and caring. They are the reason I keep coming back.
I have suffered with lower back pain since late 2000. The severity of pain has always ebbed and flowed with a constant low level pain always there. Decided to do something about it. I am so happy that I found Dr. Vitto and the Spine Group. After my initial visit Dr. Vitto recommended a cortisone shot. What a world of difference! I am now pain free for the first time in years. Doing things with my kids that i would have had to beg off before. Total game changer. I highly recommend Indiana Spine Group and Dr. Vitto.

I could barely walk in June. It is now early September. Doing 80% better. I had/will have a total of 3 injections. They answer all questions so you can understand them. They do not push surgery. I recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.
Dr. Vitto listened to my concerns and worked with me to use the appropriate procedures that would get me on the road to recovery. He did a wonderful job of guiding me through my options of medications, procedures, and physical therapy and opted to use what I was comfortable with. He really shows that he cares about you as his patient.
