Terrible experience this was my first time there . Staff was horrible disorganized could not even take my blood pressure correctly. Unprofessional dentist Jose Enrique Arevalo he should not even be working.Very rude I will make sure I report him to the department of health. He yelled at me because he thought I was on my cell phone. Which I was not this is ridiculous never treated so badly in my life . I was there to get treated for my tooth pain. Have been calling this place since 7/27/23 . They were supposed to call me back with appt . I spoke to an Andy and have been waiting for her call back since . Iv emailed her twice and no response. Iv tried leaving a VM and it’s full guess they don’t get to those messages either .
Mi periodontist me refiero con el Dr. José Arévalo. La semana pasada tuve mi cita para realizar un root canal, quedé maravillada desde el principio todo el servicio es de primera, el Dr. Arévalo tiene manos de seda, no sentí ninguna molestia y el resultado de mi cirugía fué excelente. Recomiendo altamente al Dr. José Arévalo.
I saw Dr. Arevalo at the Floresville location for a pre existing root canal. He was very thorough about the procedure and was extremely cautious not to cause any pain or discomfort. The word root canal is very scary but I can honestly say it wasn’t as bad as I thought, thanks to Dr. Arevelo and his wonderful assistant. I would definitely recommend him.
