today I had my worst experience at the curry ford office. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I arrived at 1:45pm. An ipad was provided to me to sign some paper work. 55 minutes later I was still in the waiting room, not until a approach the front desk and ask about the wait, then they decide to scan my insurance card and DL then they ask me to go in a room. Very friendly staff, but I took more than 2 hours for the Doctor to see my mother. And she constantly raise her voice when she did not understand the answer to her question. I found it very disrespectful…
