Unhappy with visit overall. Long wait both times. Over 1 hr. Dr. Andrade is very short, not friendly,rushed. He told the nurse to explain the allergy information and barely gave us the time of day. Both visits were like this. Overbooked, freezing cold office, bad experience. The nurse is very nice and good with my son. He was not good with my son or with me.
Dr. Andrade was in a rush and could not answer my questions. His medical assistant told me my child would probably never outgrow the peanut allergy (which I don't think is her place to say). He talked really fast and made me nervous. I've heard he sets a timer and bills you twice if you are there over 15 minutes. Save yourself the headache and avoid him.
