The doctor was a good dentist, but within past year or so,started to balance billing and illegally refusing to honor negotiated fee between Metlife insurance company and patient, you pay and he send bill for 3 or 4 hundred dollars for over payment on fees,one times last year's wanted eleven hundred for crown and I called insurance co and was told he must honor contract so I told them and it turn into five hundred they were caught,stealing is stealing.
This is a family practice. The manager, Vicky (probably doctor's Mother) is as dishonest as they come. Dr. Jose Amador has a contract with my insurance provider Metlife PDP Plus and can only charge me contracted rates. Vicky overcharged me by $123.32. On the conference call with Metlife, Vicky said that the extra charge was a deposit for the next service which is suppose to take place 2 weeks after my first visit. Deposit for what?
