The staff is great, specially Genevieve, but Dr. Leduc is terrible. Never have I been spoken to in such a rude and unprofessional manner. I have advanced degrees, and generally understand medical/dental explanations but when I asked her to explain to me what was happening with my complex case, she literally raised her voice at me and treated me like I was annoying or stupid. Horrible experience.
Contrary to some other comments, I found her to be very professional, caring, chatty and friendly. Not sure if you can recommend a doctor for a root canal but I would if I could :-)
Dr. José Line Leduc may have a traditional approach, but that's where her strength lies. Her expertise, skill, and steady hand are truly remarkable. When I had a root canal done by her, she guided me through every step of the process. If you choose her for your root canal, I highly recommend trusting her to do her job without questioning her. Wish informed consent was properly provided on the dangers of root canal and the likelihood of it returning since they never addressed the true issue. Just because you don't "believe" certain statistics doesn't mean we shouldn't be advised of them
