The administrative staff is too incompetent to accept a digital health insurance card because "they can't copy it." When asked if I could email them a pdf, they refused and said they don't have email. Being "old school," as they described themselves, is not an excuse to deny someone healthcare for something frivolous that would never be an issue with another provider. Very disappointed. I hope Dr. Vallecillo finds better staff or can train them in basic patient navigation.

This PCP dr is truly better than a holistic dr. He made me realize what I can better for my wellbeing. He is more of a wellness physician.
Reception is terrible. Never answers phone and I've been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks and it's impossible. Don't go here, you'll never be seen and even answered.
This place is very conveniently located. They take cash or check only. Appointments seem to run behind schedule.
