Doctor Martín has been my doctor for 25 years and there is no word to describe how blessed I felt, he is a great physician, very knowledgeable, very caring but more than anything an excelente human being GOD bless you and your family and your staff always
Best doctor ever, have not seen him in over 16 years because of my insurance and him not accepting it (he delivered my baby 18 years ago). I will never forget his personality and personalized treatment as a patient (this is something you want to feel when delivering a baby or even as a regular patient). Have recommended many patients to him and hopefully one day insurance changes and I can be his regular patient once again. For ever grateful to him for his caring actitud and his humble way of thinking.
I have no complaints about the doctor but the review is about his staff. He prescribed an MRI and I made the appointment with the hospital. A week from the MRI appointment the hospital called me to let me know that the insurance pre-authorization which the doctor’s office is responsible for, was not sent yet. I called the doctor’s office in this regard and they said that they were working on it. Two days before the appointment the pre authorization was still not sent to the hospital. Dr. Martin is amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout my entire pregnancy. He is extremely professional and a wonderful doctor and person. During my pregnancy, he was always very attentive and took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and address any concerns I had.
