I have no complaints about the doctor but the review is about his staff. He prescribed an MRI and I made the appointment with the hospital. A week from the MRI appointment the hospital called me to let me know that the insurance pre-authorization which the doctor’s office is responsible for, was not sent yet. I called the doctor’s office in this regard and they said that they were working on it. Two days before the appointment the pre authorization was still not sent to the hospital.
