While I was having repeated seizures I was told to leave a voicemail for the nurse and that she would call back within 24 hours. However, she never called. I ended up in the ER. This has happen on more than one occasion. Then I call after having nearly 17 seizures and get yelled at by the office manager, she said leave a voicemail the nurse will get back to you, which she never does. I can't find anyone else who accepts my insurance so I have no choice but to deal with meanwhile I am not getting the help I need. Sorry Doctor... read more
The lady at front desk very rude. Don’t even want to talk to us. No respect

Please if you're in pain and need true help don't go to this Dr! Find anyone else in your network. My head, ear jaw and face on the left side has been hurting since December. TMJ for 7yrs turned into trigaminal neuralgia. His nurse was amazing. She seems to care. The Dr was in and out with in 5mins. Just wanted to get insurance approval for a nerve block. I’m a Home Health Care worker. I Drove 150 miles round trip to take Mr Chavana and he was unattractive. Visit was only 4 minutes. He didn’t want to hear anything he had to say. Blood pressure wasn’t taken or temp or even weight. He had been hurting for a while in his eyes and head blood pressure was extremely high but the Dr didn’t even care to hear his issues.
