I found Dr. Moreno to be a very caring and qualified physician. I have seen him for over a year and I have watched my body go from being completely torn down and close to a heart attack to my blood pressure being in control, weight being lost, my system rejuvenated and only one med left out of more than 5 I was taking over the past 8 years prescribed by some of the "top" doctors in the field treating me and misdiagnosing me. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Quacks
