Absolutely one of the worst doctors offices I've had to deal with. Dr is never available. You can never get help when you really need it the most. Messages never get to the dr. When at appointments very little is explained to you about what is going on. I was told by the dr I could go in any time to get a shot if I needed it but then was refused by his nurses. I would NEVER recommend this dr or office to anyone
Extremely crowded. Seems there were multiple paients with the same appointments. Was not impressed with the Dr. Not a very good bedside manner. On the other hand, the office staff were excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful.
Very, very happy with today's visit! We felt that the doctor "heard" us and wanted to help! He was definitely invested! The office people were fantastic! Imelda went above and beyond!!! Second interaction. My wife and I were on holiday in western NM in the boonies. She had an issue with meds, took a bit of time and a couple calls to get to our Doc, but Celeste persevered and came through. Thank you!!
