If I could give "0" I would. Had a procedure Friday morning, went to my pharmacy around noon, no prescription. I called the office, was told the doctor waits until his lunch time to send rx out. Okay. Fine.. went to the pharmacy the next day, still no rx for me. Called the office again, left a message, also called the exchange no call back. I called back Tuesday being that they are closed on Monday. Hygentist, Michaela was excellent. Dentist was abrupt. didn’t offer information about x-rays, etc. tips for good, dental hygiene, etc. just conversational useful information former dentists have offered.
Hmm.. where do I start, how about my first initial appt was 08/08/2025 for just X-Rays to see where I was with my dental health because I haven’t been in awhile. The reason I give it a 1 star is because during my initial visit the dentist came in looked at my X-rays and said “I see you have early onset gums disease and a few cavities so you’ll need fillings and a deep cleaning” okay cool but that was literally all he said before he stated stop at the front and they’ll print out your treatment plan.. his secretary is the one ... read more
