I have been coming here with my son for 4 years. I am going to move to a different doctor because I went to the office for a sick visit and saw a np Ashley Trevino and diagnosed my son after doing a flu nasal swab and not with a throat culture. When I questioned this when I left the office she had the audacity to say how come I never brought this up with her. I'm quite shocked to see anything but excellent reviews for Dr. Hernandez. I met him 18 1/2 yrs ago at the hospital where I delivered my 1st child. He's been our pediatrician since her 1st appointment. I've lived over an hour away from his office, and would still make the drive to know my children have the best. He's so very knowledgeable, caring, understanding and very informative. The wait time isn't at all long, unless maybe you come in as a walk in during flu season. Dr. Jorge Hernandez has been our pediatrician for about 6 years. I recently switched doctors because of how rude and unprofessional the staff is. They seem completely bothered with everything and also it seems they haven't a clue how to run an office. I have also had problems with the doctor as well not being completely thorough and missing a strep throat diagnosis. The office staff is rude. They have no idea what they are talking about. I will never take my children here again. You make an appointment for what they are not on time. They make you wait at least 45 mins or longer. I am out raged by the way this dr office is ran. The office staff at like you are bothering! This is a horrible place! Don't bring you children here! They charge for everything! Co pay yes I can see, but to fill a form out for school or to get a copy of a shot record! I changed dr right a way! I will never come ... read more

Dr.Hernandez is a great doctor, very nice, helpful, has always been great with my 3 children. He makes them feel comfortable, makes them laugh and they can just ask him anything..plus the staff is sweet with the kids:) I recommend this doctor to everyone...

This doctor is a very good doctor once you get in to see him. The children are very comfortable with him and the staff. There is always a movie on for the kids and the staff does a great job of getting them in to a room as quickly as possible but at times it can be a long wait. I recommend this doctor because he just acts like a family member and shows he cares. His staff is quick on referrals and he is always glad to talk to you.

Staff is VERY RUDE in person and ESPECIALLY over the phone. Every time I call, their tone of voice sounds annoyed and they make me feel like my questions are stupid and taking up their time. Then they will put you on hold and will not come back to the phone. I've been put on hold for over 5 minutes and I just hung up and called back; & they'll put you on hold very abruptly without asking you if it's ok to be put on hold.
