A couple years ago made the decision to upgrade my glasses. Have no recollection of the name of the young man who completed the exam. Seemed in much a hurry to get it over and done. On departing, chose not to purchase a new pair of glasses; the looks and attitude were as poor as anyone could receive. Solidified my desire to never return.
I have been coming to this office for approximately 8 years and every experience from routine check ups to a couple emergency walk ins has been great. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.
Today my daughter got something in her eye during school recess, and it was irritating her. I called "Jordan van der Zalm & Associates" and they told me I could come right away-which I already was so pleased with! Then once at the office, Jordan was amazing with my daughter and patient as she was nervous about the eye drops that were needed. I would recommend his service to all! I was so happy, and felt incredibly blessed by them.
I have been going there for a while for glasses for myself and kids. Recently decided to try out contact lens again. Andreas was really helpful in explaining the different options. I have had dry eyes a lot in the past and the lens he recommended are great! Lots of helpful information and he made it easy to figure out what works best for me.
