After providing an honest Google review I was denied services at Soundlogic by Ms Saavedra without a reason given nor did Soundlogic respond to my unfavorable review. I emailed Ms Saavedra and got a reply it was due to the Soundlogic unfavorable review. I sent a clarifying email that her predecessor, who provided inferior services, was gone so the poor quality care was no longer an issue. She didn't care to respond so the matter ended.
