I want to preface by saying that my provider was very nice, very kind and very attentive, and that my experience overall was a good one. My concerns are that my provider didn't know who I was and didn't seem to remember that we had ever met. This is amusing because I was told I cannot have an appointment with a different provider at the office because I had to see my primary care provider, who doesn't remember me. I'm extremely satisfied with our care provider and all of the staff that work at this facility. Very polite and genuinely caring. Myself and my family are grateful for the atmosphere and care of all we come into contact at this office.
My doctor and his team are absolutely amazing and awesome.

I love Dr Abel and the staff at Rochester family medicine. I do struggle with changes taking place in Providence
