Excellent! Kind, knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Brunson and his staff are excellent. They are professional, customer service oriented and friendly. My entire family has moved to his practice. He is great with children, too.
Not crazy about this dentist or his staff. The older receptionist is very rude and the hygienists are very low key and not very friendly. Dr. Brunson is nice enough but did not really explain my treatment plan to me at all. I went twice. Once for a general exam and cleaning and then for fillings. I need more work but am looking for another dentist.
The dentist is punctual and helped me get over my pain and fear of dentists. His staff was very helpful and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. I deal a lot with patients too, I'm a physisican, so his bedside manner is excellent in my opinion.
WOW!!!! Dr Brunson is awesome. I used to hate going to the dentist but not after going here. Dee and Kim (staff members) are top notch and so professional. The entire experience from getting an appointment to the actual visit and dental work was the best I have ever experienced at over 40 years of going to the dentist. The dentist does good work and is very professional but the office secretary and manager which are the same person (Dee) has got to be the worst customer service person I have ever had to come into contact with in my life! Don't expect anything done in a timely manner or at all really, especially if you're not white. She puts on that sweet southern charm **** when the dr is around but will be quick to cut you an attitude and make you stupid enough to where you don't want to even ask questions about your payment or care.
