Dr. Chan is a warm and pleasant individual. His staff on the other hand are very rude and condescending. I was treating like I was not paying the same way as the other patients. They made it obvious that they preferred to deal with only Caucasian patients over other ethnicities!
I had the most awful experience from staff here I tried to park at the acton go station and some who worked here glared at me non stop while I parked in the 3 hr spot for a minute to check directions so I could safely make my way to Georgetown go. Unnecessary and really not ok.
Always very friendly, they offer numbing for cleanings which helps. Only suggestion is clean your floor a few times a day. It’s really really dirty.
It was a pleasure to come to this dentist. The whole staff and team is kind caring and supportive and knowledgeable Best experience I’ve had in years.
