I just started seeing Dr. Ayers. Got in immediately, no waiting. The nurses were polite. Dr Ayers explained everything very clearly. My only issue was everyone in the office, including the doctor talks really fast! It was hard not to feel rushed, lay off the coffee people! :)
I think Dr Ayers is wonderful. He cares and I feel his work is honest. I don't plan to go anywhere else. Great job Dr Ayers and nurses at IVF Michigan! :) xoxoxo KM
When I was 13, I was having severe abdominal pain to the point where I'd do nothing but cry. I went to numerous doctors, none of them could figure it out. Dr.Ayers was the only doctor who figured out what was wrong with me AND performed my hysterectomy. He was very nice to me when I needed it and I highly suggest him.
Extremely helpful and compassionate. Have recommended him to many friends and all have had positive experiences.
Rude nurses, especially Pam. She used the ultrasound like a ram rod. I have never felt such pain with such a simple procedure. The doctor never did an ultrasound. Despite two failed attempts, he always said everything looked beautiful and I am sure you will be pregnant. Sometimes I wondered, was it my uterus and eggs he was looking at, or was he rehearsing lines that he had memorized. The message was left on my answering machine that I should stop taking the medicine, so sorry. WHO leaves a message like that? Look elsewhere ... read more
Dr. Ayers is not knowledgeable about endometriosis so don't go to him expecting help. States he is endo specialist when it is not the case, no sympathy from him or the staff. Nurses are not helpful and in some cases they do not return calls the same day. Be careful will give your results of tests as phone messages.
Dr. Ayers is wonderful. He explains everything thoroughly and does it with sincerity and tact. Although the news he may have to give you may not be good, he is very sensitive in the way that he delivers it. He also explained to me ALL of my options which made be feel like I could make an educated decision based on my situation. I felt comfortable with him from the moment I met him and would recommend him to anyone that needs this type of service. For each appointment, I was called back on time and never had to wait. Dr Ayers is very knowledgeable and I trust what he says. one Dr told me that i probably had endometriosis but he looked and nothing there. he put me on meds to help my eggs to be bigger so i may be pregnant. meds worked, now were hoping on being able to have our first child. was maybe a bit rushed, he sits with you but then walks out. but really is a nice man and explains everything in the sonogram. well done. if he does pap's too i would go to him for that in a heart beat. nurses... not so friendly i suppose. Rude nurses, incorrect information given about the dose of medicine I was to take, no information from doctor - usually see the nurse, always felt rushed. 6 months of wasted time and no answers as to why I can't get pregnant. HORRIBLE.
