This review is regarding Dr Steins help staff his receptionist is completely unprofessional and on numerous occasions being the reason my spouse has missed or had to seek other professional help regarding wait times. It was obvious that she had not done her part as for inputting a upcoming appointment and when seeking confirmation of said appointment presumed to tell us we had missed and would have to rebook and sit six plus months. Dr Stein has been my doctor since I was in my late teens. I unfortunately developed very aggressive and painful arthritis early on and have been living with it for well over 10 years. As far as Dr's go Dr. Stein is a great Dr. On the other hand his newest receptionist is 👎. Every time I call the office its abundantly clear that she is already annoyed with me the second she hears my voice. Dr. Jonathan Stein is an amazing human being who truly cares for his patients. He is professional and knowledgeable in his practice. Dr. Jonathan Stein has been my dad's rheumatologist for more than 10 years. My father is thankful to be in doctor's Stein's care because he can manage his ankylosing spondylitis with the injection. In recent years, I started seeing doctor Stein because of severe neck and lower back pain. I also received an ankylosing spondylitis diagnosis. I will continue to see Dr. Stein until I get better. Dr. Stein is a fantastic doctor and I am so glad I have him. He’s kind, understanding and caring, and he really listens to you regarding any issues or concerns that you may have. He never rushes you and takes care to make sure that you have everything you need before leaving his office, including prescriptions, renewals, referrals or otherwise.
