On time, knowledge about and has the equipment to provide the latest in dentistry procedure. Good staff. Concerned about offering procedures that will help a patiient. Very through and patient.
Went for a cleaning and an initial consultation. The consultation was extremely thorough and Dr. Ludwig provided a treatment plan based on perfection. Unfortunately, my financial means require me to opt for functionality over aesthetics which makes this practice NOT A GOOD FIT for my needs. Following the exam, I was provided a dental cleaning by the hygienist. Sadly, it was the most painful cleaning that I had ever encountered. Great practice! Both Dr. Ludwig and Dr. Glenn are fabulous. Would highly recommend! Can be hard to get an appointment, as they are always booked, but that may change when they expand to their new office.
I would NOT recommend this dental office at all. They quote you one price and then send you a bill for twice as much with no explanation. After inquiring about why I was charged twice the quoted price the owner said she didn't know what my insurance covered. I believe that it should have been confirmed before giving someone a price. I never would have agreed to get the work done had I known it was going to cost me $600 more.
