I Don't know what these people are talking about but as far as suboxone, bupe treatment go the staff is informative, helpful, kind, courteous, respectful and as fast as possible. Im sure the other services they provide are of the like. Best doc I've had in my multiple year experience with this kind of clinic. The people that run this clinic are very unkind Dr Robertson seems to be a nice guy , You pay 150 bucks and they do not let you use a bathroom? And you have to ask for copy's of youR cert// VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. If at all use another clinic WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
Unbelievably the rudest, fakers, stuck receptionist/owner of a healthcare facility I have ever met. All these guidelines and regulations a patient has to follow are ridiculous. Any little mistake or forgetfulness a patient does can be grounds for dismissal? How is that taking care of a patient, when your kicking them out because a paper wasn't faxed or charged more for the appointment because they're 10 minutes late? It's all about the money. They do not care for the patient. Very disappointed with this establishment!!

Went to him for my medical card licenses!!! I called a month in advance... called 2 weeks a head saying couldn't afford yet. Said it's okay we can reschedule! They where totally cool! Beyond amazing to help me get in! Sat down! For comfort and waited a wile! Then meet Mr Robison and he was professional and formal!
