Just don't go here. Dr. Ramos doesn't know whats going on half the time nor do the other staff. Got two blood work tests done and one didn't come back and the other came back invalid. Fighting for a second refund right now.
Horrible place. No good communication between Dr and patient, even though online they promote great communication with Dr though portal. Kelli at frontdesk is a nightmare to deal with. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. Avoid, not recommended. 👎
Dr. Ramos and his staff at this location are great! They care and actually listen to their patients. Never have to wait very long, even though they are busy all the time. It's hard finding good doctors now a days, Dr Ramos is definitely a good one!
Dr Ramos was very attentive, reacted quickly to solve the problem. Really liked him and his wonderful staff.
