I have been a patient of Dr. Kagan for the past twenty years. When my brother needed surgery, we went to Dr. Kagan and were very pleased with the results. My brother has needed to wear glasses from the age of 8 and after Dr. Kagan’s surgery, he no longer needs glasses! My brother was also pleased with the service and treatment he received from Dr. Kagan. I find Dr. Kagan to be patient. He always takes the time to explain his advice and explain your treatment, I highly recommend him.
