Dr. Klein is one of the best Internal Medicine doctors in Northern Virginia. My entire family has entrusted our care to him for the better part of fifteen years. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also very frank, does not sugar coat serious medical matters, and very honest with his patients. I am lucky to have him as a doctor and will be sad when he eventually retires.

I was with Jonathan for 10 years, he is one of the best Doctors I ever had. Finding a Dr who "really cares" is hard to find. I had to change insurances and I had to leave Dr Klein practice, if not for that I would be still with him. I have and I will share his name and phone number for anyone who asked me for a good doctor in this area. I was referred to Dr. Jonathan Klein. Although, very direct and upfront, he is the only doctor that actually looked at my test results with extreme surprise that follow-up was not done by previous physicians. He acted that day to put me with specialists for the care that I need. Do NOT hesitate to go to this doctor.
He should have his medical license revoked. I was always told my father was "fine" and my father was told to sign a DNR without proper translation. Then he had the audacity to write "sudden death" on my father's death certificate. When I would leave documents for him to fill out/sign, he would never have them completed and unless I would just sit around the nursing home all day, i would not be able to get in contact with him. Horrible doctor. Do not recommend if you want to help keep your parents alive.
