I am a patient at the office in Sun City. My nurse most of the time is Pat Maron. She is excellent! She truly cares about her patients. She is pleasant and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. I feel so comfortable when I have an appointment and that is because of her. I appreciate her and she is a big reason I continue to go there.

I made an appointment and gave my insurance information on the phone. On the phone I told them I have both Medicare and a supplemental insurance and they participate in both. I filled out all the forms online but left out my social security number which I don't give out to anyone because of the possibility of identity theft. When I arrived at the office I was told the doctor would not see me without my social security number because in case I didn't pay my bill they needed that to send me to collection. I went in for an eye exam and new contacts. Micha was the lady who I spoke to in the store and over the phone. She helped me with my glasses but she seemed very irritated when I told her that I wanted my prescription so that I could order contacts online instead of buying them from Kaufman. When I spoke to her over the phone she was very rude and spoke to me as if I was a little kid. I am very unhappy with the service I received and I do not recommend going here.
