We waited 45 minutes trying to get on telehealth. We attempted to call the help line with no answer. Then, when we called the clinic to let them know that we were having problems, we were told Dr Issac wouldn’t do the telehealth visit because we were late. When we explained what had happened and our difficulties with the telehealth to the nurse, Peggy, she was very very very nasty to us. She was arrogant and condescending.
