Dr. Chan is a very kind and thorough Doctor. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. My experience was very smooth and I healed up quickly.

The staff and nurse are always very nice and friendly every time my father goes in for his injections. Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable and has been taking care of my father for over ten years. He always takes the time to follow up on my father’s case whenever we have questions, even with his busy schedule. In addition, they speak Cantonese too, also makes us feel much more comfortable.
Receptionist keeps providing inaccurate dates and followups, caused us to go to the hospital with a wrong appointment. Does not follow up with client and needs to be corrected everytime. How will the elderly be able to manage this if they take public transportation? This has happened multiple times already.
