Dr Chappell did a fantastic job on my knee surgery
I was disappointed with my visit. The doctor questioned why my primary care doctor ordered an MRI, saying he would have just given me a shot instead. When I showed him my MRI images, he dismissed them, saying he couldn’t use them and didn’t take any new ones. The steroid shot he gave was painful — he had to keep adjusting the needle because it was hitting the bone. A day later, I’m still in pain, and I don’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I did not feel confident in the care I received and would not return.
