This office is very unprofessional. I have left several messages with no return call. My husband was seen over 2 months ago and the report is still not completed. Dr Botts does no kind of exam , he walks in then out. Patients are just a dollar sign to this place. Not a place to get actual care. I would not send anyone to this place
The people in the front office are amazing. I really like Melissa. She's super helpful. Thank you for all your help. I would really appreciate it if DR Botts would spend more time to go over my care plan. He's usually only with me for 5 mins. Says he's going to check on something (leading me to believe HE will be returning) then a nurse comes in to complete my "visit". When I want to ask a question of the DR he's already left for the day. Very frustrating.
