I don't know why his rating is so low. He has done a major surgery on my ankle which was twisted by 90 degree. When I came to my home town New York my other orthopedic surgeon which took care of my after surgery, he could not believe what wonderful job he has done giving full motion in my ankle even though I had 13 screws in my ankles around.

This doctor has never seen me and is on the board of our insurance company. He has turned down tests and a treatment for my back I am getting my lumbar rebuild from the best surgeon and this doctor has the right to deny me medical care. Truly someone else should deny him his rights. We pay a lot of money for our insurance, I want some answers from our company for this to happen!!!
There is an episode on the Golden Girls about a Dr. Bud! That Dr Black should watch, because they are actually talking about Him! He Released me saying there’s nothing wrong with me, and later I had a TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT!!! I would like to take that back because he Does Not Deserve it!
I read all this comments and I have to agree with rudeness. He think he knows it all.No eye contact. But he did My surgery right. And fast. Can't complain about that.
