I received a referral to Dr. Horton. I called the office 3 times over the course of one month to set up an appointment. The first time, they said they were still processing the referral. The second time, they didn't answer the phone and didn't call me back. The third time, they informed me that my referral was declined. Save your time and find a better doctor.
Very unprofessional doctor, such a waste of time and money to see him.
