I have used Dr.Arnel since I was a kid, great service and friendly atmosphere! I recently took my 5 year old daughter for her first eye appointment and he made her feel very comfortable and had her following his directions really well. It was a good first experience for her :)
Giving a 1 star because they wanted $170+ for an eye examination. Had the appt booked a long time and they don't mention it till the last moment(ohip stuff). This would not be an issue but they didn't even check if my benefits covers it and wants it stright out of your pocket it seems. Also my eyes are not bad but need glasses here and there and they wanted 1k for a small basic pair. Went to Walmart and got what I wanted...actully an even better pair that lasted longer then my last ones from this place tgat were about $500(b... read more
Visiting from Alberta they were able to squeeze me in to look at my one eye. Dr Arnel did a thorough job at looking at my eye and giving me a prescription. Carolyn at the front was also very friendly and helpful.
I will give Arnel’s office a one star because you can usually get in for an appt pretty quickly but….the front reception is absolutely horrible and has been for years I just tolerated it. When you call you’re always an inconvenience, always spoken down too and the list goes on. My last appt was the last straw. No one needs to be on pins and needles during an appt or even calling for any reason let alone walking in the door knowing Carol is gonna greet ya.
