Dr. Rainey has been my physician for over 30 years and has done a great job for me. Personable, capable and takes the time to listen. As a provider myself, I understand the system is stressed and not everything is always perfect for people. He is a very good physician.
My sister was not given fair warning of her mammogram and swollen lymph nodes under arm in 2018 as a results she is battling breast cancer now 2021. He is very lackadaisical in his so-call care of his patients. Would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
PLEASE READ BEWARE!! I would not go to this place at all if i could give 0 stars i would. i called the office yesterday got put on hold for more than12 minutes called today and lady that works at desk took a personal call was talking to her kid on the line for 5 minutes with me hearing the whole conversation then i call back she gets another personal call said she cant talk she is at work then hangs up on me when i was trying to get my persciption right fir 3 weeks giant eagle has been trying to contact them because the doto... read more
Dr. Rainey needs to retire! Especially don't see him if you want to try any meds that are not the norm or anything alternative!!😟He is old and stuck in his ways!
