Sincerely regret losing his patient contact time, but in the overall long-term i am sure more patients will benefit with the change. Have struggled with several local large med organizations and their lack of patient care and sensibility, even empathy, and Englund is sp very different.
I have been to see Dr. England several times over the past 4 yeara at the OAW walk in clinics for my arthritis in my knee. He's always be kind, patient and on time. I wish he surgeon!
