Receptionist is SO RUDE! Hangs up on people mid speech and is obviously so upset with her job she hates to help people trying to set appointments. Thanks for nothing .
I was seen at this office by Dr. Lisa Zhang who is not registered here or does not take after hour calls. She prescribed me a very agressive antibiotic for acne that had many secondary affects. I emailed and called about needing to stop this medicine but there is no urgency from the office staff or doctor to resolve my issue.
5-6 months ago, my father (whom I had referred to Dr. Stern), asked what a lump on his right arm was. Dr. Stern said he did not know. Turns out it was melanoma. (NOTE: I have to add that it did NOT look like any melanoma I've ever seen and I've looked at many, many photos of melanoma since I first came across it in 1972.) Anyway, now it's stage III melanoma.
