We have been with Dr Tosino for 30 years. We caught him young and new. My kids grew up and through adulthood with him. Great listener. He will go above and beyond as long as you communicate with him.

Dr Tosino listens carefully and thinks through what needs done. Very caring doctor. He has awesome staff which is a huge plus.
I have been going to Dr. Tosino for over 20 years. I've moved a few times and tried new doctors and always decide Dr. Tosino is worth the drive. There is rarely a wait, yet Dr. Tosino doesn't rush through visit. He spends the time to make correct diagnosis. His nurse is wonderful, too!
Dr. Tosino is seriously the best doctor. He always takes time to listen and he really cares. He's extremely nice and knowledgeable.
My family have been patients of Dr. Tosino for over 20 years. He really listens, cares and remembers past medical care. He seems to be able to take as long as I need in a visit and yet we have never had to wait. His staff must not overbook and they require you to be on time. If your appointment is at 10:00 you will be taken back to the room by 10:00 and he will be in to see you as soon as they are done doing the pre-visit check in.
We have had Dr. Tosino for more than 20 years. He is not an alarmist, is always available and pleasant to work with. We could not be more pleased.
