He's one of the worst doctors I've ever been to. He asked me questions but kept talking over me and wouldn't let me answer him. Telling me I need test done that's already been done. Worst bed size manner I have ever experienced. Would never ever recommend anybody to go to him. I was very surprised, as his staff seemed very friendly.
I had both total knee replacements. 9/11 and 9/14. From the time I first entered the office the first time I knew I was in the right place. From the desk people, the X-ray tech, nurses, Maxine the PA and then Dr. Dounhess. Went ahead and scheduled the staged bilateral knee replacements. NCH was great to welcome me. Then surgery day 1. Doctor came saw me before and then I proceeded to Surgery. I was expecting so much more. 1 1/2 hours later they had me walking. The next 2 days either Doc or Maxine would check on me. I had full knees replacement at the same time. Than you Dr. Dounchis great job and great follow up. The NCH facility looks like a 5 stars Resort more than a hospital and is the rehab facility. Thank you all. E.S.
