I had my first visit today and everyone was so welcoming!
Dr. Krumerman is absolutely an amazing neurosurgeon! I had a spinal fusion and Dr. Krumerman explained the procedure in great detail and answered all of my questions. He is upbeat and positive and compassionate. His medical assistant Dannette is very helpful and knowledgeable. Infact, the entire staff is so professional and attentive. I was so nervous about going to a spinal surgeon. It sounds so definite for a surgery. But this amazing ,friendly, kind, knowledgeable man is the furthest from wanting to immediately operate on you. He made me aware of other avenues we will try and see how things go first. Then his bedside manor is so comforting and his explaining of the situation made me feel informed and on the same page as him. I was nervous about my first visit because I didn't know what to expect. However, my fears we forgotten when the person escorted me to my room and she explained who I would meet before the doctor. Dr. Krumerman was very friendly, and he gave me options from least to most. I appreciate how it relaxed me. Thank you to a wonderful staff.
